They have trained with renowned meditation masters both nationally and internationally, attended numerous courses and retreats, and completed intensive studies to become a certified mindfulness meditation instructor.
They have successfully completed a six-month meditation teacher training course with Willpower Institute in Canada and Thailand, earning a Meditation Instructor Certificate. Additionally, they have undergone training at Mindful Schools in Emeryville, California, covering areas such as Mindfulness Fundamentals, Mindful Educator Essentials, Difficult Emotions, and Mindful Communication. Their expertise extends to yoga, where they have received extensive training and practice, and they also hold a Reiki certification.
