2019 Class Schedule

Meditation helps with regulating ones emotional well-being, self-awareness, social awareness, relationship skills, and decision-making skills. This weekly practice focuses on: Mindful breathing & Body awareness. Our simple mind training exercises will bring clarity and awareness, by practicing regularly, you will develop the ability to respond wisely, instead of reacting blindly, to everyday challenges.

These classes are for anyone. Whether you’re an absolute beginner to meditation, or you’ve been doing it for sometime, here’s something from us to you! We are offering free guided group meditation classes so you can try it out for yourself and see if it’s right for you.
